Photoshop Tutorial : How To Brand A Bang-Up Give-And-Take Lawsuit

Step 1 :

   Open a novel Image amongst Black Background .

  Then " Right Click " on the layer hence chooze " Rasterize Layer " .

Step 2 :

Now duplicate the layer 

       Right click on it >> Duplicate layer  or  you mightiness grape it hence force it to the " create

                 new layer icon " . 

 Now from Filter Blur it 

      Filter >> Blur >> Radial Blur

  Then create similar the pic

   Again Blur it , But amongst motion Blur

        Filter >> Blur >> Motion Blur

             and this fourth dimension you lot are going to brand your ain values 

        but you lot tin flame larn inwards vertical

Step 3 :

         It actually doesnt thing If you lot like

     " select the 2 layers hence Right click on whatever layer , hence Merge layer " .

  Now From   Image >> Adjustment >> Color Lookup
